Refund Policy

We guarantee complete satisfaction with Blue State Coffee products and customer service.

Please carefully read our refund policy to fully understand your rights and responsibilities in obtaining refunds from us.

Late orders

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days from the date of your order, we will refund all charges associated with the order and credit that amount to your credit card. To obtain a refund for a late order, please contact us at 1-877-626-BLUE. Our call center is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm eastern.

Incorrect orders

If there is an error in the fulfillment of your order, we will refund the charges associated with the mistake and credit that amount to your credit card, or replace the coffee without charge to you. To obtain a refund for an incorrect error, please contact us at 1-877-626-BLUE. Our call center is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm eastern.

Updating our refund policy

When we update this refund policy, we will notify you by updating the link at the bottom of the pages of our website to read "Refund Policy (UPDATED)". We will also indicate the most recent update at the bottom of this policy.
