Wow! Thanks to your support, Blue State Coffee has already been able to donate $10,000 to causes such as Even Start, Stop Global Warming, People for the American Way, Disabled American Veterans, the World Resources Institute and Act Blue. We’re very grateful for your help, and so are our friends at these excellent organizations.

How come “Stop Global Warming” gets so much more love than the other causes? My theory is that people are often in a hurry and the headline “Stop Global Warming” is easy to interpret without reading the fine print. Perhaps the others should be titled “Support National Literacy,” “Support Grass-Roots Social Justice,” “Support Disabled Veterans,” etc.
