Wind power for 415,000 homes

A new wind farm in the UK has just been approved that promises to generate 500MW of energy- enough for 415,000 homes. This project should reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1.5 millions tons a year.

It sure is nice to hear about positive steps being taken to reduce our negative impact on the world, it almost makes one think we might be ok, if we all work together.
